BFS Partner Fees

PARTNER OPPORTUNITIES

  • Pre-Summit
    • Logo placement on the BFS website with link to customized Partner Page which includes a lead capture form (copy & images provided by Sponsor)
    • LeadGen for 1:1 Meetings with Studio Owners.  BFS will invite Attendees to schedule 1:1 Meetings with the Platinum Partner and we will provide the contact info & brief company profile for each Attendee who requests a 1:1 Meeting with the Platinum Partner who will schedule the 1:1 Meeting directly with the Attendee
    • Logo placement & listing as Platinum Partner on the footer of each electronic newsletter that we publish during the 20 week campaign to promote BFS (100K+ impressions expected)  
    • Logo placement & listing as Platinum Partner on the digital marketing collateral that will be used to promote BFS (whenever possible; subject to design restrictions)

  • On-Site
    • A 10×10 exhibit space from 12:30pm to 5:00pm that includes a six (6) foot exhibit table with skirted table and 2 chairs with priority placement in a high-traffic area
    • An exhibit space in the Networking Cocktail party from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
    • Deliver two (2) minute company overview before one (1) panel discussion then moderate the panel discussion.  Logo placement on the digital backdrop that will be displayed on the screen during the panel discussion
    • Deliver one (1) ten minute presentation in a Breakout Session on a topic related to the Track
