The A/C/E subway stop is immediately below the Wyndham Hotel

The 1/2/3 subways stop 1 block from the Wyndham Hotel

The B/D/M/N/Q/R/Q subways and NJ Path trains stop is 2 blocks from the Wyndham Hotel

Penn Station (NJ Transit and LIRR) is 1 block away

The Port Authority is 6 blocks away.

Load -in entrance is the employee entrance on 35th St. Please have ID available.

We have arranged for a limited amount of rooms to be available for a discount. The Deadline for reservations is March 26, 2019. Click here to place your reservations.

Each table top will include a 6ft rectangular table with linens. You must provide your own signage, easels or stand up signs. Since there aren’t walls, we suggest using retractable signs or table skirts. If electricity, AV or internet drops are needed please contact Julie@bfsconferences.com. Exhibitors will be responsible for all additional charges and request forms must be completed by March 22nd.

Set up will begin at 7am on April 26th,

Boxes may be shipped in advance but the hotel needs prior notification and there are fees for advance shipping. If you are planning to ship to the hotel, we must have your order no later than March 21st. Please contact Julie@bfsconferences.com  for the correct form.

All items must be taken with you at the end of day.
